MYSPHERA aims to transform healthcare organizations by leveraging real time location technologies for process improvement. Facing COVID-19 collapse, MYSPHERA could play a life-saving role in controlling viral infection in hospitals. In 2012, MYSPHERA developed its first patient tracking system, purchased by a major hospital in Europe, which boosted initial growth to achieve market leadership in Spain. We quickly learned that contextual information generated had a huge impact on hospital efficiency and patient safety. By 2017, MYSPHERA understood that the most fraught area in a hospital was the surgical block and developed a ground-breaking product to automate staff coordination throughout the surgical process. Subsequently, in 2018, MYSPHERA raised 2.5 million euros of VC to grow in Europe. Currently, MYSPHERA is in more than 300 operating rooms, and 200,000 patients used the solution in 2019. We clearly see that an automatic surgical planning solution would benefit hospitals. More critically, pivoting our solution to fight viral spread in hospitals could help control viral spread now. We can also see that the EU, US and Asian markets are interested in our solutions.
